This company is completely heartless. My friend is paralyzed on one side from multiple strokes and heart attacks. His NuMotion power chair broke on Wednesday, leaving him completely trapped and unable to get to the bathroom or his bed. NuMotion told him the earliest they could come out was Monday. I am so impressed with NuMotion. They are friendly, caring, quick to respond, compassion and understanding. I found Cora so very helpful and responding to my needs. Based on all of this and how Cora represented NuMotion, I highly recommend them.
My sister is new customer to Numotion. They do not return calls. She is not well and doesn't have the patience to continue calling them. It took weeks for them to finally get paperwork together and more time to finally come to her home to take measurements for her wheelchair. She was told her chair would be delivered in 30 days. They require medical records to fill your scripts, this doesn’t always vibe with my appointments, or needs, I have been without diabetes supplies now for a week, I am going with a regular pharmacy from now on, at least no hoop jumping to get the supplies I need. I would recommend a national chain.
