We received my daughter's wheelchair from you on 4/27/26. Last night 5/27/26 we had issues where it will not charge. I called today to see about repairs. You scheduled an on-site repair all the way out for June 22nd, I tried too call the branch about bringing the chair in and I can't reach the actual branch. The customer center says thay the first available in house repair time is not till June 26th. If I had know this was how your repair service was, I would have gone with another company. This is poor customer care.
This company needs to be investigated for MEDICARE FRAUD! I have been waiting 6 months for repairs even though it's under warranty.
Im so sick of their cat and mouse games ive reached the point im just gonna deal wirh what i have for mobility equipment i hope other people have better luck than i did
My experience obtaining a wheelchair cushion through Numotion and Sanford Health was extremely frustrating and, at times, concerning from both a communication and care standpoint.
