This is my 4th wheelchair from Numotions in the last 28 yrs. The staff always get the right fit and the chair is for me and what I do in it. I highly recommend Numotions and they will fit with the insurance company if they have to !
You people are horrible at customer service, you are fired. I'll take my business anywhere else's, and guess what insurance works with other places also. pound sand! 6 months to schedule.
George came back after realizing that the new battery he installed wasn’t charging. He let me know that he didn’t think it was working properly, told me to call him if it didn’t seem to be charging in the next couple of hours, and then came all the way back to our house in Red Rock after 5:00 to bring another battery. And was so nice - what a long day for him, I was really impressed with his service.
Jorge was very kind and knowledgeable. We appreciated his thoughts and understanding.
