George was not attentive at all, perhaps it was the heat!? He saw how my brakes were in need of repair. Left without doing anything with my brakes and this is the second time I've told him! Originally when the chair was delivered everything was fine. When the chair was updated the wrong module was delivered so I didn’t have lift and legs. Finally today after two other visits the right module was installed. The problem was the technician needed help. When he called for help he had problems getting the right help after waiting for someone to respond. The last person on the phone was able to help. Now I have my chair back and will be able to use it. Thank you

The process to make an appointment is horrible. My husband is a current client and setting an appointment took 25 mins. Rediculious!
