The technicians are great when you can get one to come out. I asked about my sunrise r90 power assist control box loosing connection towards end of March and I just got a call they are ready to order parts... in June!! Forever short staffed and always a reason why... Numotion you are dealing with people that need these devices to live...do better. 100% downhill in every aspect since being Monroe Wheelchair. Do yourself a favor and learn to work on your own chairs if you prefer from these guys, or plan on waiting 2+ months.
Came to house on time. Worked in 90 degree heat, did great job! Tho they did not send one part with him. They have improved over the years.
The feet/leg lift part of my electric wheelchair quit working so I had to call NuMotion (the phone representative was very nice and helpful explaining things) to set up a technician to come check it over, since I couldn't take it to the Syracuse shop. Home visit schedules can have lengthy wait times, but this time, things went smoothly, and the technician came within a week to look it over.
