This is so sad that you are trying to help someone with disabilities and cannot get any customer service at all. You cannot talk to the local facility anymore, if you can get into the facility there’s no one to help you. It wasn’t perfect when it was Monroe wheelchair but at least you could talk face to face with people or talk to them on the phone. Time to try someone else.
The company takes forever to do anything...they take forever to get parts...I never get the help I need unless Leon comes out and does my chair...he's the only technician who doesn't give me a problem...talking to anyone is the most difficult thing...they need to fix their company
Have enjoyed working with Numotion. Eddie, Molly, & Dave have all been quite amazing to work with. They took care of all the paperwork with my Dr & PT, for the insurance. When I unexpectedly needed a new chair, they were there. Having someone who understands what it means to need a wheelchair is extremely helpful. Beyond excited about my new chair.
