You're representative, Mr. Jason Lang was extremely knowledgeable about the products available and how they would provide for my needs. After The Visit, even my physical therapist said he learned a few new things.
I want to say the man that delivered my equipment to my home. He was really professional real respectful and he made sure he covered everything about the chair in your instructions and how to do anything. Also he took the time to listen if I had any questions so dealing with him he was really professional about his job. Service was excellent and I also want to give a big shout out to Miss Candy Parker. she is the best and keeping me updated how the process went
I honestly can’t say enough good things about NuMotion, especially William and Candy. William just delivered my new Jazzy EVO 615, and he was fantastic. He was so friendly and clearly knew his stuff, which instantly put me at ease. The practical, real-world advice he gave me as a new user was incredibly helpful. If I ever need another mobility device down the road, I’m 100% coming back to NuMotion because of him. But the support started long before delivery.
