Literally the worst company. My brothers $8000 brand new wheel chair is falling apart in every way possible. They brought us a replacement wheel chair with NO ARMS. I have been texting Eder and Joseph the VP for weeks! Still haven’t gotten arms, for my paralyzed brothers wheel chair. Life is pretty terrible when your legs are paralyzed and the company who’s supposed to help can’t do their job. Please pick another company.
Very happy with the chair and the Gentleman who delivered.
Slow slow slow. Delivery was for 9:00 He arrived at 11:30 The service here is terrible . The wheelchair is great but it took forever to get.
The NU Motion rep was very courteous, professional & extremely compassionate with his position. I highly recommend he be considered for an upper management position so he may train others on how to best represent your company/services.
