I would to take this time to thank Sydnei and it was a young man that came with her to setup my son wheelchair when we got out the hospital. They really took their time to sort out explaining how the wheelchair worked and everything. I was pleased with their personality toward us because our family was struggling with the situation of having our son in a wheelchair and him not able to walk anymore. They were loving to us. Awesome service Mr Jim Horn has been serving me for 22 years now. He’s such an awesome guy!!!
I was not real pleased with the whole experience. I can't blame the service man that showed up here at the house because he was given the wrong parts. He got my wheelchair going again by putting new motors on it and I rode it around inside of the house. I moved outside and helped water the flowers. I rode for about a hour and I went to the back yard and it shut down on me. Zero power and I was fully charged. I had to go almost 75 yards in a manual wheelchair with a bad shoulder.
