Takes forever to get a service call. I called on Saturday asking for a call back on Monday the 20th. When no one called I called to only find out that they would be there on the 31st. When someone uses an electric wheelchair that is their only form of transportation.
Madison, MN service team was top notch to work with, fantastic, thorough guidance on using my chair, and helped us get through the mess of confusion with customer service we struggle with on a regular basis. They went out of their way to help me feel more comfortable in my power wheelchair, and offered to help adjust whatever I needed and to help advocate to get the proper cushion I needed to avoid more sores and help the severe pain, as my previous cushion from another site was not fitted properly and caused a great deal of... read more
I finally got my new motorized wheelchair..
Melissa and the tech crew were incredibly helpful and kind, we were out here for vacation when the wheel chair had some problems, they fixed it all up in a jiffy with no charge. Incredibly kind and helpful!!! 100% would recommend coming to this location
They were very helpful in my quest in having adjustments made to a wheelchair.
