We received great service for my Mom’s two wheelchairs. Prompt arrival, knowledgeable technician, easy to schedule in-home repair & timely text updates about our appointment. We highly recommend NuMotion for your mobility needs.
The representative that helped me with getting a new chair was so nice, professional and really cared about my needs. She teamed up with a physical therapist to figure out what I would need and what would be comfortable because I spend almost all day in my chair. She knew the answers to all my questions. I left there feeling hopeful and looking forward to getting a comfortable and pretty new chair. I would definitely recommend her and Numotion to anyone who asks!
The mobility technicians are top notch! Very professional and knowledgeable.
Takes forever to get a service call. I called on Saturday asking for a call back on Monday the 20th. When no one called I called to only find out that they would be there on the 31st. When someone uses an electric wheelchair that is their only form of transportation.
