The repairs to the wheel chair were completed thoroughly and quickly.
They serviced my grandfather’s electric wheelchair twice. We confirmed several times that they service chairs not purchased from them, and located in Pierre and were told yes by multiple people. My grandfather is in an assisted living facility, has Parkinson’s and cancer, and is unable to travel for repairs. After they submitted a warranty claim for a replacement part they have now called and said they will no longer work on the chair and he has to bring it to a shop to have it put on the chair.
