The service guy was friendly, , courteous & in our opinion excellent.
The in home service is fantastic. The call center is terrible. It takes over 30 minutes for what should be simple calls because you cannot understand the foreigners at the call center. I wish the local office would be able to accept calls, instead of having to be transferred 3 times and then have to try to translate what the person is saying to get whatever you need accomplished.
Great service and truly informative.
The Technician is always timely, courteous, and efficient. He makes me aware of the work he’s done and what may have caused the problem. I appreciate that
