I have been dealing with you people for the last 5 years. I have had nothing but problems. People come people go. I can understand that but obviously they don't share information. I've had a request in for parts for my wheelchair and I know Ian's not there anymore but he was on the phone with the technician and the order was supposed to be renewed or are redone. Never heard back. I've never heard nothing from you people no matter how many times I call the service is. I'm so unhappy The only thing that I like out of anything ... read more

So grateful for NuMotion! They made a very difficult development in my nonverbal son’s life as simple as possible. They guided me for the appropriate documentation and answered all questions. Our evaluation was very smooth, thanks to Ashley and Ian: Ashley for her smooth coordination and Ian in his process. I’m very grateful to them and NuMotion for their help in applying for my boy’s new medical equipment and cannot recommend them enough if you are in MN and need adaptive and or medical equipment.
