The company needs to improve their communication skills. We were told to bring our equipment in that needed repairs at 11 , however they scheduled it for 2:45 and didn't communicate this with us. Then when we came back to pick it up at 3:45, they said it would be a little bit yet. We went back in at 4 then 4:15 and they kept telling us the same thing. It was supposed to be finished at 4:15.
