I had a wonderful experience. I have been with you guys since 2019 when this happened to me. The lady on the laptop as well as the man in person. Treated me with the utmost respect listen to everything that I had questions about asked me everything they thought they could be helpful to me. I was going with Genesis because I live in Davenport, Iowa. It was more local, but Tim, who is the one that comes to fix my wheelchair is one of the main reasons why. I feel like a valued customer.
