Rep came to house helped us customize wheelchair for spouse with ALS. He was careful, kind,patient and hugely helpful explaining options. Generously shared his time and expert tech knowledge. Gave my husband hope for a better quality of life. So grateful.
I love my wheelchair! The delivery was right on time. I was shown all of the features in a way I could understand and all my questions were answered. Needing a wheelchair could be viewed as a bummer but she made it fun. The unit is absolutely beautiful. It was a totally positive experience from beginning to end. Thank you.
