Came and did good with what he had to do. But part of what needs done has to go through different departments which make it very inconvenient. Why can’t one tech do it all especially coming from an hour and a half away. Instead several trips and months of waiting to get things done.
They kept me updated on everything about my daughter’s wheelchair. They’re very nice on the phone and when I met her in person.
He was very Kind and caring. Explained everything well. He really knew his equipment well and answered all of my questions.
The person was very friendly and gave enough notice when he would be at the location. Did quality work and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.
Was a awesome experience, very happy
