I am deeply disappointed with Numotion's handling of my 83-year-old mother's motorized wheelchair repair. My mother is handicapped and completely dependent on her wheelchair for mobility, dignity, and daily living. My experience is getting worse over the years. This is the third instance of my wheel castor breaking completely off and having to wait days or a week to get a new one. I’m a complete paraplegic so I NEED a wheelchair to even get around. I currently have to reschedule surgery follow up because they can’t provide an immediate solution. This is absolutely ridiculous.
