We are very happy with Mercedes from Numotion and Vince from Quantum. They recently delivered a complex wheelchair with a lot of different functions. Typically we would be overwhelmed with this level of technology, but they thoroughly explained the functions and how to operate the controls. Thank you Mercedes and Vince.
They were on time and very helpful. The work was done quickly and also done well. Very happy with the results and the workers.
Rick sat down with us and was very helpful in coming up with a solution to our seating issues. He listened to our suggestions and input and also conferred with a seating person in office for her input! Very highly recommend!!
Repair team and Rehab team fail to put my son's equipment back together properly. In the last situation, the Rehab team came out to house to find out they didnt have all the parts they needed. They took the powered chair back to their shop without calling to notify parents when the chair would be returned which caused two missed appointments.
