Brian the Technician that works out of the NuMotion office in Appleton, WI is AMAZING!! HE always puts my physical needs/problems First! He’s always on top of ALL my needs and puts ME first. If you ever need a technician in wheelchairs to come to your house I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRIAN. He’s so caring, down to earth, puts your NEEDS First, and will always help you in any/Every way possible! He goes Above and Beyond for his clients!☺️🙏🏽💕

It was quite a long wait, but everyone we talked to was very nice. We had an excellent technician come to our home, and was able to answer our questions and order parts we needed. He was very efficient getting parts put on correctly, and explained anything about what we needed to know. Very helpful.

I forgot the Gentleman that helped us HOWEVER, he is a wonderful person. Very patient with us and helped us to understand what part goes where and what we need to do to disassemble the whole wheelchair as well. My son is Autistic and gets aggressive while the Gentleman is calm and just kept on going with explaining.
