Great technician, great product, great service. My son loves his new wheelchair
It's hard to relate how difficult and frustrating this entire experience has been. Information that should be clearly given to providers is lost, there is no follow up, and it requires the constant attention of the person trying to get a wheelchair to make anything happen. This has been a most distressing and difficult experience, if there was any other company to work with, I would say go with them.
Very caring, responsive and Christy worked really hard to get me this new chair. From the doctor's referral, insurance and the chair fitting they assured that the chair was designed just for me and my needs. The chair is comfortable and the gel cushion is wonderfulful. This wheelchair will change life for me and allow me to be more independent. Thank you
