My husband had to order a wheelchair . Numotion is a great place to work with They worked with the insurance company. It took quite a while for the insurance co to pay but it was not Numotion fault. All the people that work there are great!!!
Great company. Teleview consult with physical therapist, while an in home physical therapy assistant from the same company was present. Thorough explanation, and interview re. my mobility and medical issues. Evaluation of doorways to ensure device will fit was done. Measurements were taken of myself, to determine custom size of power chair. Decision was made between the assistant and therapist on type of chair I need. I recommend this company. They will come to you!
NuMotion has taken very good care of me and my Wheel Chair since I got it a year and a half ago. I had a problem with my seat and they have gone through several steps to make sure that I get one that fits right I appreciate the person Service.
Thr staff came to my house to bring my seat to me . That is true customer service
