Awful customer service My wife received a manual chair within a month a few spacers fell off the hand rail. She called right away that was 2 years ago. They called and said they were sent to iowa(we are in Wisconsin) and they would reschedule. But still have not gotten that fixed. Surly insurance was billed and paid. a year later she received a power chair it's been a run around to get repairs. My client has been given such a run around. She has been waiting to be service for her mobility device since the technician could not fix it at her residence. Now I have just spoken to her and learn they lied and stated they are waiting on a prior otherization that has been sent since the end of June. When in fact the same authorization stemming from the initial visit early June should have remain in affect. Liars failing to do their job. Our experience with the Madison location was awful. Things fell through the cracks, wouldn’t return phone calls or emails, took over a year to get a missing part for our daughter'ssleep safe bed (had been sent to them, they lost it), etc. I would avoid if possible. Our experience with the Milwaukee office has been better so far, but time will tell.
So my initial experience was in December of 2020 when I learn this organization like most suppliers fail to give enough information to the insurance for them to approve the mobility device (for me a mobility scooter). Well once I shared the information I was verbally told by my insurance in an email to an associate with this company, it only took 48 hours to obtain an approval.
