My husband is bedridden for 1 year after he got diagnosed of ALS. We didn’t have any hope and didn’t know what’s should we do. ALS organization of Nevada supported to introduced us this company and equipment. We saw the light to make him to have opportunities. After we got his chair, support team was so helpful and showed us how to use from A to Z. This is an awful company. Do NOT take your money here. I had severe health conditions when I went in for a wheelchair. The man who came was kind. But after 6 months of waiting I find out that he is not working with them any longer (I can’t blame him). I called and called and called to get information about my wheelchair, and finally they told me that my Drs note was not accepted. They blamed it on my insurance. I asked word for word what he needed to say and wrote it all down. I brought the note to my Dr and he filled out ev... read more

Getting anything done through this office is the worst! Excuses for hung up calls, wrongly transferred calls, unanswered calls/emails etc. or maybe it’s just my experience working with Ola Dedrick. My teenage daughter is only trying to navigate high school, serious health issues but still trying to be somewhat normal teenage life. Didn’t know sending me a copy via email or responding to my phone call was too much to handle 🤦‍♀️
