I waited a few months for a life changing piece of technology. Totally worth the wait. Ryan A is a really cool guy and Amanda did great too. Thank you all so much. I'll be using them in the future as well.
Been using their service for roughly a decade. Always slow to get doctor's orders, always slow to get the insurance approval. Usually takes anywhere from 4 to 6 months after final approval for the wheelchair to be put together and delivered. Can take over a month just to get one of them out to the house to repair that equipment.
Wonderful service and completed it very quickly. Definitely recommend this company to others.
Qualified in February and suppose to get it by end of May. Then said end of June then end of July and now August. Very dissatisfied
