Fantastic Neighborhood Gym! Prices are affordable, and the place has everything to start or maintain your fitness journey. From barbells to machines, kettlebells to cardio this place has it all! They always have some kind of professional body builders on the tvs for that extra motivation to get that last rep in. Plenty of opinions for personal trainers as well if that's you thing. It's a gym I go to when I am in Chicago, my hotel is near by, so is the Belmont train station. There is a good selection of free weights and machines to do your workouts, you will be able to do all your muscle groups there. The owner Tony is a very welcoming guy, positive, and easy to talk to. New managemnet under Tony is the reason I come back. He is a great person to be around and always makes everyone feel comortable at the gym. It is a nice and clean neighborhood gym with everything you need to work out. I reccomend coming here and talking to Tony as he will be part of the reason you sign up. Great gym overall in every aspect.
Gym is under new management - Tony is awesome, he is customer service oriented and the prices are very fair. Highly recommend Truth Training!
Truly a great gym. The rate is very affordable, the hours are flexible, the space is neat and organized with enough machines to get a full body workout, the equipment is well-maintained and clean, there are plenty of plates and dumbbells, and the owner is like the friendliest guy ever. Good vibes all around community is solid too no roided out jerks acting like they own the place just regular people tryna get a good workout. 10/10
