I went here today and ordered the beef and broccoli with extra beef. I’ll be honest: it wasn’t disgusting, the place didn’t seem dirty, and nothing about it was completely terrible, but the food was just extremely plain and underwhelming. The beef and broccoli honestly tasted like someone just cooked beef and broccoli, threw it in a container, and covered it with some basic liquid sauce. I haven't ordered from here in over year because the service was so poor, but, today, I decided to give them another opportunity I don't know who that driver thought he was demanding a tip from me, which I never add on my card, I give cash and he gets nothing, but then I call and speak with "Chen" who is equally incompetent in understanding...when I was stationed in Japan, I learned the language I suggest they do the same! If he ever attempts to demand a tip from anyone, I have filed a report with the police dept.
Very friendly staff. Good quality food especially boneless ribs and moo shu pork. Always ready when promised. Never disappointed with anything we've ever ordered.
Ordered online delivery. States 15 minutes. I wait 40 before calling. They say driver is already on the way. I'm 3 blocks away. 20 mins later call again. Driver is 5 mins away. Food is cold. Not warm even, cold. Only offered to remake one and I could MICROWAVE the other. Are u kidding me!? At these prices, just MICROWAVE It. I'm disabled so asked to have driver call on return. He didn't.
