I would give zero stars if I could. I felt totally scammed when this guy replaced our dryer's heating element in December 2017. His prices were over twice estimated costs of parts and labor (including expected markups) - when I asked for clarification of this, the guy talked in circles and could give no logical reason for the exorbitant prices. He even called his "friend" who supposedly was in the same repair business to "prove" that this charge was legitimate - that's like calling your mom to provide a job reference check. ... read more
FRAUD ALERTdo not use Number 1 Appliance Repair. They offer a 90 day warranty on repairs, and after "repairing" our fridge, the same mechanical failure happened. They will commit to sending a repairman on a return visit, but they don't show. And then, when you attempt to call...and call...and call, your calls are obviously blocked and go straight to voicemail, and your messages are never returned.
