I had two appointments cancelled by Dr Elissa Heineke, both at very short notice. The first cancellation was due to surgery, which I understood. However, the second appointment was cancelled after the clinic reviewed my booking notes and advised that my hip pain was a musculoskeletal issue and therefore outside the doctor’s scope of practice.
