I've been going to No.1 Nails Salon in Surrey, BC for over two years, but after my recent visit, I will never step foot in that place again. During my appointment, the person doing my nails was so careless that she CUT THREE of my fingers. I was bleeding by the time I got home, and now I can’t even use warm water because it burns so badly. What’s even more infuriating is that she didn’t apologize at all – acted like nothing happened! Took my mum and myself for a mani and pedi with shellac, for me the lady did a good job, but the lady assigned to my mum skipped cleaning mum’s feet properly and gave a very quick 3 min massage whereas I noticed other three people were given much longer massages including myself. She remained aloof when asked, so I informed the guy at the front desk, he apologized for her but didn’t have an explanation. Takes one person to ruin an experience.
Bad service for the first time! Made appointment for 5 pm had to wait for 30 minutes. I almost left! Not happy at all! 👎🏻 Best place to get nails done. Very friendly workers 👍
Great people and awesome nails. Tina and Anna and Lydia are my faves.
