Excellent supplies for your hair/beauty needs. Wigs were on sale and they also sent out the sale flier with a coupon so you can save a few dollars more. Customer service was great.

My experience at one beauty supply in Marlow heights was excellent 👍 Shu Shu was very professional and patient with me and I witnessed her with other customers being professional and patient with them as well! Shu Shu gave me great customer service assisting with helping me find what I needed I know I was in the store for over an hour! I was able to find what I needed for my birthday week and weekend! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE AGAIN!!! Stop shopping in places that treat us as black people like trash As a black entrepreneurs we have to set examples and this store are fielded with expired products so don’t waste your money here!
This was my first time going to a store trying to return or exchange a product that I was unhappy with and they would not do either saying that the product was used. How else would you know whether you liked the product of you didn't try it first. Maybe I'm missing something, most stores will allow you to at least exchange for something else.Clerk said she had never heard of that policy before. Well at least she wasn't nasty about it. But this is my first and last time shopping here.
