Had a horrible interaction with the people here that i probably wouldn't want to do business with them even if the situation was more favorable. Was declined for a loan in rudest way possible by a lady here, i let her know how rude she was about it then hung up, only to then be called back by Miguel to smooth over the situation and take in all my information as if there was a chance for me to still be approved and at the end he cuts off his extension and doesnt give me an answer... My issue started 3/7/25 - 3/8/25 1st the branch manager Miguel was rude to my Son & myself then when I said I was going to call corporate with a complaint he retaliated against us & put his comments on my account in a Dictatorship demeanor. I called customer service & complained, was told the issue was resolved just to return today Saturday to receive rude behavior again, disrespected, talked down too & yelled at.
