Curious staff but had to wait a few minutes for teller. Seemed busy and not enough staff
Too much like a bank without the conveniences of a bank. Before if you were a customer, they would jump through hoops to make sure you were approved for a loan, they made you feel like you part of them. Now, they reject worse than normal banks. Pointless to stay with them
Ive banked with this credit union over 25 years and today is the first time i came across a teller who was rude unhelpful and super snotty. I walked in the bank 3 min before close with two babies under 2 and just wanted to deposit cash She just helped a customer (white customer) 30 seconds before me yet tells me the system are balanced and closed out. First time at this location. Last time. TayTay doesn't want to work. Has new procedures and ways of doing things with an attitude.
Being a member and a former employee of Northstar credit union. I am sad to say since that merge they operate like a bank. I have turned my Numark into my second option for banking. Due to long pending transactions, no Zelle and many more reasons. I walked into Tinely Park branch and was yelled at from the teller line. Sir check in over here, while she was with another customer.
