I recently attended an event here and was blown away by the experience! The ownership is not only dedicated but also women-led, which makes supporting this space even more meaningful. The environment is incredibly welcoming—you can truly feel the sense of community from the moment you walk in. I also love that there are endless options for workouts, so whether you’re just starting out or looking for variety, there’s something for everyone. A gym that goes above and beyond both in fitness and in heart!
I really enjoy the workouts Numa offers! The coaches are very knowledgeable and do a great job keeping things fresh and challenging.
Love the Smithton location! Awesome coaches and support! Classes are for everyone no matter your fitness level! I have recommended it numerous times and will continue to do so!
