Best place I've been for mental health. I've been other places. They are caring about all patients. The only thing that sucks is communicating with them. You call barely get a person. You get an answering machine they have habit not calling you back. But overall best place I love my therapist couldn't have a better one
This is absolutely the most garbage medication Management Facility I've been to in my life I've been in treatment since I was a 13 year old I'm currently 33 years old, they decided to take my medication and cut it in half when they met me after being on it for 10 years and there's never anybody in the office to pick up your phone call and they're going to neglect to fill your medications on Sundays, this is the worst experience I've ever had in the mental health field and I'm a peer Advocate and my parents are board members ... read more
Never answers phone, fills wrong meds, nurses sound unprofessional and don’t sound like they know what they’re talking about, always sounding confused. Overall a bad place to work on your mental health. This place is a mental struggle in itself
I’ve been going here for about a year. It is the worst experience I’ve had with a mental health place. I called to get my night meds filled and went to go get them and they filled my day meds. When you try to call they never answer the phone and asked them 1-2 days to even reach back out to you. The nurses sound confused or uneducated half the time and don’t listen to what you need.
