Don't go to this hair store. I don't drive so I set up a ride to arrive when they open. Waited 20 minutes only for someone to tell me imma be waiting a while cause they open when they want. Didn't have a ride set up to take me to a different hair store....missed my hair appointment
I'm so thankful they were open today! I'm a flight attendant and had only Sunday off! I'm not originally from Virginia (from Dallas) and didn't know ALL beauty stores were closed! I had a flight that night and needed hair asap! The ladies there were so sweet &helpful! Special thank you to Sue! Continued blessings to you!!
Despite some negative reviews, I decided to check this store out anyway. One of my concerns was that they would not be open during the posted hours. Upon arrival, the OPEN sign was illuminated but the door was locked. I knocked on the door anyway but there was no response. Even after reading several reviews about not being open during regular hours, I gave it a shot and was very disappointed.
