Nuline were great to deal with- friendly, very prompt and reasonably priced. I recommend them!
I have requested a quote for bifold doors. Three days later and am waiting . I called and spoke to one of the business partners and very casually I was told that she will talk to the other business partner and send it out later in the afternoon. Imagine e dealing with them once they have the job. If this is the attitude prior to the job imagine if there are issues. You would be waiting for months or years to rectify an issue.
The frame wasn’t aligned, looks very sloppy.
I just visited Nuline Windows to get some replacement seals for one of my doors. The door was not supplied by Nuline, but they were very helpful and spent quite a few minutes showing me different types of seals and explained how to fit them. They were able to provide appropriate seals despite they did not manufacture my doors. Thanks for the great service!
