I had a very disappointing experience at Nuline Orthodontics and feel it’s important to share so others can make informed decisions. From the beginning, I was not provided with adequate information and was misled about certain aspects of my care and billing. The level of empathy and professionalism from the front office staff was lacking, and my interactions with the office manager, Claudia, were especially upsetting. I've had a great experience at Nuline! They helped me set up a treatment plan and I've had super smooth appointments and check ups.
10/10 the best employees so sweet and efficient.
