The owner, Skip Is an idiot. However his counselor, Brian is great. My fault I had to be there. But Skip had the wrong, know it all attitude.
A close friend of mine recently enrolled at HARP NuLife for chemical dependency treatment. The change I noticed in him was astounding! He had been to several drug rehabs in the past and it always seemed to be that it was the same song and dance, he'd complete the program and almost immediately revert to his old ways.
