Received ice machine to deal with swelling in knee and foot due to military service injuries, the first day of using I was glad to have machine it gave me immediate relief. I received excellent customer service and if I had any difficulties they were only a phone call away. Shannon was amazing with checking on my recovery and was very thorough

The NuLife OrthoSave was so instrumental with my speedy recovery from knee replacement surgery. First, Patrick (the company rep) hand delivered the machine to my house and instructed me on how to use it. The fact that it is an “iceless” cold therapy machine makes it so convenient because you don’t have to constantly fill it with ice. Recieved my Cold Water/SCD machine in a timely manner. Staff was easy to deal with and handled all the insurance stuff. Machine helped a ton with post op pain
Ditto to what others said about the customer service from Shannon P and the entire team. Very effective and efficient in communicating, delivering the equipment, and arranging for its return. Shannon was particularly helpful by personally delivering the box to me pre-procedure. The 3d / real-life experience always feels better than the virtual interaction.
