I had originally posted a negative review because I had mistakenly received a bill despite having returned my equipment without use because it wasn't what I had needed. I should have waited and given NuLife Med LLC the chance to fix the issue before posting a negative review. It's become too common to resort to a negative review out of anger. Criminals! This place or their local distributor "Atlantic DME VA" sent me the wrong item. I returned it the next day, unused. They were incapable of actually providing the equipment from the prescription but still sent me a bill for the equipment rental. If this place is trying to arrange your DME, just hang up.
Used the OrthoSave from them and it is a must have for joint (knee in my case) surgery recovery. It relieves you of the tedious and limited, traditional ice packs and there is no limit to how long or how frequently you can use it. Good stuff!!
The service was wonderful and the machine was awesome!
