Awesome experience. Secure and friendly staff helped from start to finish. Great selection. We were in town for 4 days and picked up a great 0.5g vape for $25. They have some even cheaper but this house choice was great. Wish I lived there so I could be a regular. Definitely going back next time in Vegas.
I placed a delivery order last night through the website and my reservation time was for this morning between 10am and 12noon. 1030 comes and I contact the store, come to find out I am calling the dispensary customer care line. They tell me that I am 2nd in the queue and that they are waiting for the driver to come to the store. They also tell me to contact the store back if I didn't receive a text from the driver by 11am. 11am comes and I don't receive a text so I call back. Been a customer for five years now. Rarely ever use delivery, but decided today I would for convenience; and because knee pain I didn’t want to take public transportation. I placed my order online at 10:19am and waited for verification of the order. Almost two hours later my order still wasn’t verified so I make a phone call—come to find out they aren’t doing delivery today because of an “event” on the Las Vegas strip. The security guard has his head down. He didn't realize I walked in. He never said a word through the whole conversation, not hi, that he needs my ID, not a ok you're good to go through, nothing! I'm sorry did I interrupt your nap? Are you at work or your home? Btw your other location has bad customer service as well so now I completely avoid that one... and now this one too?
Joe was super helpful! He understood the needs of two Oregonians who know good smoke. He also said he gave us good juju to win at Buffalo Gold slots…and we did!
