Impossibile to get an appointment. Tried to call so many times, left messages, tried with e-mails as well. They never call back or reply.
Dr Crouse is a 5 star doctor but ever since he joined this 1960 Family Practice....I gave 1 star because the office staff is terrible. They never answer the phone, don't return calls or emails. I saw the doctor 3 months ago and still haven't received my results. I have called several times and they transfer me to an extension and the voicemail is full, so I'm unable to leave a message. Dr Crouse is amazing! He delivered both of my children and did a minor surgery for me. He was much better off in is own private practice.
Dr. Crouse has been my doctor for over 20 plus years. He has taken great care of me all those years. Except for the past year or so I can never get a hold of his nurse. I have left numerous messages, tried to schedule an appointment to get a refill for a medication (he prescribed) needed for a condition I have and no success. I know he is the doctor and his nurse or office staff should be the ones taking care of this issue.
