I’m leaving this review to help anyone who’s unsure where to go for a tubal ligation (tying of tubes). Please avoid this place. I scheduled my procedure back in February 2025 and even paid my $50 copay the same day I completed all pre-surgical testing. The facility cancelled and rescheduled my surgery six different times — never once was it my request. After the sixth cancellation, I told them I no longer felt comfortable moving forward.
