If I could give them zero stars, I would. I was their client in 2020 and flew to Winnipeg for my hair transplant. After the surgery, they didn’t even provide a shower cap and asked me to buy one myself. Worst of all, the results were TERRIBLE. NO new hair growth AT ALL — nothing. I was extremely impressed with this clinic. Dr. Rodriguez, Steve and the rest of the staff were very informative, skilled and professional. It is a boutique experience with great pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to use their services. Just follow their instructional handout and you will be happy with the results. Thanks everyone.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I paid a $3,000 deposit for a surgery that was postponed multiple times over the course of a year. In the end, the clinic refused to perform the procedure and also refused to refund my deposit. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before making any payment here.
