Not fit for purpose still waiting over a month one for a very important adaptation to my power wheelchair. Don't bother going to them unless you are happy to wait indefinite or you are just off one of the small boats and are disabled you get the help the very same day ..
Been attending there for last 36years as a above knee amputee The people there are worthy of the highest praise They serve as a perfect example of what this Country should be about I have always been shown respect there Find this amazing to this present day
Absolutely brilliant service. Helped with obtaining a lost arm from my old wheelchair until my new chair was available. A bit of a wait for the new chair but as customised I expected this. Phil and Vicky did a great job. New chair is great and all to the required specifications. Well done Phil and Vicky. 10 out of 10 😊
Absolute shambles a patients and carers nightmare They are not safeguarding my son who has a chair that is no longer fit for purpose.they are fully aware of the situation Its now unsafe for him to use and tryin to get him assessed for a replacement is proving beyond complicated , they are tying anyone who tries to help me ensure he gets a chair that is fit for purpose up in bureaucratic knotts , everyone from the GP to social care are being passed from pillow to post in a merry go round of dead ends and u turns A vulnerable ... read more
