I used this company for a repair on my house. I worked with John Smith and he was nice enough at first and responsive. However when the first 15k bill arrived, he neglected to tell us he only takes cash or check. We had extensive damage to the house from carpenter ants and termites. They did a decent job with the repairs but they worked very slow. It may have had to do with the fact that they were billing us weekly.
