My roof is under a 10-year warranty from Nugent Brother Roofing that does not expire until November 2019--or actually the last signed document would take that to January 2020. Now I have a roof leak, and Nugent Bros phone number has been disconnected. Plus, their web domain site is up for sale. What's with this? What company will cover this warranty?

Nugent Brothers Roofing were excellent. Very impressed. They were good to work with and did a great job.

We enjoyed our time spent with Nugent Brothers Roofing. They were very professional, and helpful. During the estimate, Jery knew exactly how to answer all of questions. He also made the right suggestions for our home, and new roofing project.

I had an enormous leak in my living room,that happened over a weekend while I was out of town.I called nugent off of a local yard sign.Thet came out(it took four days),and identified that a storm had blew a branch into a valley and put a hole in it.Then told me about the hail damage from the same storm,and told me they could work on my behalf with my insurance.They did a temporary repair on the hole,helped me make my claim,and had most of the exterior of my home replaced.They could have pleased me more by showing up sooner.

During a two-week period, I called three different times just to get someone to call me to schedule an appointment to look at my roof. I had a leak and needed someone to come out to find it and estimate the repair cost. I finally got a time scheduled and then the estimater did not show up, did not call to tell me he wasn't showing up and did not return my phone call.
