I ordered hand sanitizer with 2-3 day shipping in March. A month later, lots of excuses, including this instant classic in their FAQS. When asked, by themselves, why they keep taking money from people when they can't fulfill their orders, they write that it would be "inappropriate to artificially limit sales." I found that fascinating. So did the local district attorney who I contacted last week. Yesterday my order arrived....

I ordered some 3 weeks ago and for the life of me cannot get any 1 line response back either by phone or email. They say they do not charge until shipped. I have a credit card statement showing they charged, website shows it is still pending, and no response. I understand their business is booming today but is customer service working the production lines also? Weighing should I claim a false charge on the credit card, it would help if they would give any kind of response. I would suggest others to go elsewhere.

very disappointed with the service. They were 3 weeks late on the promised delivery date and when i tried to cancel the order, which was tried by phone calls, email and text messaging. Nugentec would not even acknowledge my request. Very poor business etiquette. I would never deal with this company again.

They have assisted me in making changes to my order as quickly as they could considering the overwhelming number of orders that have flooded in for them. They have clearly posted on their website the expected delay in shipping. I placed my order a month ago. I still have not received it and it is still listed as pending on their website. They have not charged my account yet and they stated they will charge it upon shipment. These folks that are complaining should be ashamed of themselves! They tout producing hand sanitizer and it being available. Be very cautious in dealing with them. Five notes to them, nothing received and no response. I am beginning to think all of their "great achievements" are a pile of hot air. I ordered and paid for hand sanitizer (gel) , 4-1gallon containers. Nothing received, a waste of time and money ($160). If you feel like donating money to them, do it . . . that's what it is. I was stupid to do it, so it's my fault. Don't do the same dumb thing.
