Great customer service. Always friendly and has gone over and beyond to assist. There prices are wonderful!
Great folks. They are always pleasant and on time with my delivery. My last provider let me run out of propane all the time. That has never happened with NUGEN.
He was very helpful and polite!
Have been with them about 3 years now. The office is closed more than it is open. Leave messages and when they finally call back they say they had a funeral to attend. The last time I called the girl in the office called back and said she went for a ride with the driver that day. They made a delivery on a Monday and when the last cold spell hit 5 days later on Friday night into Saturday morning my furnace stopped working. I have used Nugen for about 3 yrs. They are just starting out in the area, and I have not had any problems. The delivery service has been good. You can get scared when the meter gets low but they have a good handle on how much you burn and use. I have never ran out of propane. The times I've gotten low, bad weather was the cause of slow response time. Their prices have been very good. I have all of my neighbors using them.
