Thank you soooo much, Nugahealth has been foundational to my treatment a cornerstone. They always answered when I called and solved issues immediately as they popped up. Nugahealth are so empathetic and compassionate. Willing to move mountains. Dr Adenuga is an outstanding primary care provider. Am truly blessed to be under her care. She is a good listener and always provides the most intelligent, “makes sense” responses to my concerns. Omobolanle is very polite, and for the most part using her services has been stress free. However there have been several instances where I need to call back after my appointment because my prescription was never sent, as well as an instance with writing the incorrect dosage causing a huge headache trying to get it fixed. I had to set a separate appointment (which Im sure I was charged for) to get the right dosage sent in to the pharmacy, only to be denied by insurance. I had to update my review... after a few days of waiting. My first time seeing Dr. Omobolanle was great I had been to the ER about 3 times and they did nothing. Dr. Omobolanle did testing she was caring and understanding. And helped me and I was grateful and for a few months I was better with medicine. Then I got another infection and I and resistant to some antibiotics and sometimes it takes stronger medication or a longer time for me to be treated. And it gets frustrating.
