Great service. Lovely facilities. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have to say that the quality of service at Nuford is outstanding. My experience with Nuford is nothing but positive. Our third purchase, a 430L (jumbo) Trannie van this time. Ranger Wildtrack v6 two years ago, last year a Ranger v6 Platinum. Great sales manager (Kian) this time round, no bullshit. Good knowledgeable guy, and if he didn't know he told me he didn't know and find out. I like and respect honesty. Absolutely useless. Had it booked in to fix the faulty "forward collision warning" (drive cameras not working, probably just needs a software update) Our companies mechanic dropped it off this morning. Came in to pick it up this afternoon to find that it wasn't fixed and they didnt even look at it. Instead they changed a glowplug and checked the oil level. The bloke at the desk then had the gall to say "ahhh the guy who dropped it off this morning said it needed an oil change" clearly not knowing that a mechanic dropped it o... read more
Excellent service and very honest. Girls on service desk are very efficient and very helpful, Service manager is first class and makes sure everything is done properly Defiantly will get all our Utes serviced here.
