Needed a new car.. did own research before hand and already knew we liked the raptor. Showed up. No help or guidance- we were happy to look. Once we picked we just simply approached a sales guy and said yup- that one…. Deal done. The following Friday I took our old family Toyota kluger in for trade as to pick up the new vehicle. When I purchased the vehicle, I felt that the dealer was very good. However, after the purchase, I experienced extremely unhelpful service. In the purchase contract, I provided a temporary address. When I collected the vehicle, I informed the dealer of my permanent address and asked them to update the vehicle registration accordingly.
