What a great flooring experience. We didn't know what we wanted, carpet or laminate. We installed both. Mike Nord and his installers were very patient with us, and we never felt like idiots or rushed. The product and installation are of excellent quality, but it was the service and support we received throughout the entire process that were exceptional, which is why I wanted to write a review. Cole at NuFloors has been absolutely amazing to work with. We brought them in after a flood, (and a second flood) to redo our floors. Coles communication and standing by the work has been next level, we had a few issues with the product (not the install) and Cole has continuously stepped up to make it right. I would not hesitate to recommend Cole and Nu Floors to anyone looking for quality work and peace of mind with their 'nu' flooring.
The team at Nufloors has consistently been wonderful to work with for our renovations over the years. Flooring, tiles, and blinds have been excellent quality and we will always go back to them. Highly recommend!
