I recently went into Nufloors to see if I could find a match or near match for a tile in my master bathroom as a tile had broken during work that was being done. One of the gentleman on staff was kind enough to give me a sample tile that was a close match to the colour I needed. I really appreciated him doing that and it was great customer service.
Hired NuFloors to do the 3000+ sq ft of flooring, and the tile in our entire home, including custom walk in shower. The initial work started Ok, but there were problems that crept up and dealing with them to rectify was like pulling teeth, and there was never any resolution. Custom formed stair nosings cracked a month after moving in. I asked for a resolution multiple times. I was given excuses of being too busy to come look, but they promised to. Never got fixed.
