The whole crew at this store has absolutely no idea about offering service or gaining customer confidence. Avoid at all costs.
Walked in, looked at a lot of flooring, no one came to help so walked out. I’ll find some other company to do my whole place.
Took 2 months to even show up for a quote, another 2 weeks to send the quote, and when I called 2 weeks later to book them they can’t do the job til next year. Time is a valuable resource…don’t waste it on these guys.
